Due to the bizarre manner of June 4 leader Li Wangyang’s death of alleged suicide, his relatives demand an autopsy at the presence of a lawyer representing them, but the authority is now carrying out an autopsy without their consent.
Li’s death has roused international concerns and by 7pm yesterday, 4,390 Chinese mainland and overseas supporters had signed an online petition calling for a proper investigation.
