Chinese travellers splash out a record US$215 billion on overseas holidays despite slowing economic growth


SCMP says in its report “Chinese travellers splash out a record US$215 billion on overseas holidays despite slowing economic growth” today that Chinese tourists splashed out a record US$215 billion on their holidays abroad last year, 53 per cent more than the 2014 total. China has thus become the top global source of tourists, in both number of trips made and money spent on overseas trips.

    Like
