China To Build Nuclear Aircraft Carrier Soon with Reactor Ready for Use

China’s small modular nuclear reactor

The Depth Column of China’s website says in its report yesterday that according to the report China has provided the International Atomic Energy Agency, China’s small multipurpose modular reactor ACP100 has passed the Agency’s safety examination, which means China has obtained permission for export of the reactor.

That achievement means China now has safe, cheap and high energy-to-size ratio reactor for its nuclear submarines and especially aircraft carriers. There is speculation that China will soon build a nuclear aircraft carrier with displacement of 80,000 tons bigger than the 65,000 tons of the conventional aircraft carrier it has been building.

Only the West would want to think that China cannot build nuclear-powered ships, just as they said that China would never be able to build stealth fighter jets, or launch manned spacecrafts to space, or make Aegis-style phased array radars and so on, until China unveiled them. But they are, of course, free to say whatever they want. The American spent big and hard to do cover up their secrets. While their media do it for China for free.

Potent Geniuses – I am truly amazed at the speed of research and development of China’s military doctrine to close the gap on western powers. In fact, in areas of hypersonics delivery, rockets, China has advanced ahead of it’s nearest rival. China requires a number of nuclear aircraft carriers for it’s global reach, due to the massive storage for weaponry, aircraft and military assets to enhance it’s superiority and sovereignty. According to reports, China is the number one economic trader to 152 countries, more than double the US to only 52 nations. China will surely overtake the US as the world’s biggest economy and nuclear aircraft carriers will surely magnify the extent of China’s relationship with All nations as the top economic powerhouse
