China says has stopped communication mechanism with Taiwan

The Chinese government said on Saturday it had stopped a communication mechanism with Taiwan because of the refusal of the self-ruled island’s new government to recognize the “one China” principle, in the latest show of tension between the two.

China, which regards Taiwan as wayward province, is deeply suspicious of Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen, who took office last month, as they suspect she will push for formal independence.

Tsai, who heads the pro-independence Democratic Progressive Party, says she wants to maintain the status quo with China and is committed to ensuring peace.

But China has insisted she recognize something called the “1992 consensus” reached between China’s Communists and Taiwan’s then-ruling Nationalists, under which both agreed there is only one China, with each having their own interpretation of what that means.

In a brief statement carried by the official Xinhua news agency, China’s Taiwan Affairs Office said that since May 20, when Tsai took office, Taiwan has not affirmed this consensus.

“Because the Taiwan side has not acknowledged the 1992 consensus, this joint political basis for showing the one China principle, the cross Taiwan Strait contact and communication mechanism has already stopped,” spokesman An Fengshan said.

The announcement came as Taiwan expressed anger at Cambodia’s deportation of 25 Taiwanese nationals wanted on fraud charges to China on Friday, ignoring attempts by Taiwanese officials to have them returned to the island.

Taipei has accused Beijing of kidnapping when other countries such as Kenya and Malaysia have deported Taiwanese to China, also in fraud cases.

Taiwan’s Mainland Affairs Council said on Friday it had expressed its concerns to the Taiwan Affairs Office about the Cambodia case using the communication system.

In a statement on Saturday, the council said both sides of the Taiwan Strait had a responsibility to maintain peace and stability.

“The government will continue to keep open the door to communication and dialogue,” it said.

The regular communication mechanism had been ushered in following a rapid improvement of ties under the rule of Taiwan’s then-president Ma Ying-jeou, who took office in 2008 and signed a series of landmark trade and tourism deals with China.

Tsai is currently on her first trip overseas as president, visiting diplomatic allies Panama and Paraguay, with transit stops both ways in the United States.

Defeated Nationalist forces fled to Taiwan after a civil war with the Communists in 1949, which has never formally ended. China has also never renounced the use of force to bring Taiwan under its control.

Taiwan is to China as North Korea is to America. Taiwan and DPRK are rogue states created out of geopoitical interest. Tsai and her regime is a puppet propped up by Washington and remains an illegal entity that persist in Chinese soil.

I don’t think its a fair comparison, its a bit tough, but I do agree that evil Tsai is holding China to political ransom. Tsai knows that China will not fire the first shot. In the worst case scenario, she only has to agree to the 1992 consensus should China choke Taiwan of economic survival. By definition Tsai is a political whore. She sold out the 1992 consensus, a joint political basis for a strong one China policy. On her campaign platform she used pro independence issue to gain election and flip flop on the 1992 consensus. Beijing should Not ‘touch’ the DPP and Tsai with a 100 foot pole due to their slutty and nasty behaviour towards the Motherland where the Taiwanese ancestry is inherently Chinese. About time Beijing lash out the Whip.

China is smart to let the Tsai administration implode. Cutting communication is a first step. Less tourism for Taiwan. The Tsai administration acted like a pariah democracy by not prosecuting the Sunflower kids. She even allow Taiwanese cyber criminals go free without prosecution. China should just be patient and let Taiwanese locals get fed up with her. Her honeymoon will be over in a few more months and she will have to crawl back to recognizing the 1992 Consensus.

CHINESE HISTORY OF BETRAYAL & INACTION : WILL BEIJING FINALLY TURN THIS ON ITS HEAD?

Beijing will come to the realization sooner or later that it has no choice but to physically remove Tsai Ing-Wen – that traitorious woman – and her cabinet from power. In other words, complete the Chinese civil war by taking over Taiwan island. The so-called “democratic” system there in Taiwan is controlled by Imperial Washington.

As it is, Tsai Ing-Wen, that shameless traitor and political opportunist, is allowing Imperial Washington to use her and Taiwan to threaten Chinese national security. By supplying arms to Taiwan and with her co-operation in other areas, she is in effect, letting Imperial Washington and its vassal Tokyo, to MILITARIZE the island of Taiwan like a loaded gun pointed at China.

This cannot stand nor be allowed to stand. Ne’er in the recent history of China has there been such a shameless traitor to betray the honor and good name of the Chinese people and Ms Tsai shall surely go down in history as one. What can you say about a woman and a regime selling out her own people to a hegemonic enemy which seeks nothing more than dominance and control over the Chinese nation and it’s people, insulting, slandering, smearing, and discriminating its people? And it’s been unceasingly of late. And this is not forgetting the tens of thousands of Chinese deaths in racial riots and pogroms in SE Asian countries in the last 100 years, of which the unseen hands of Imperial Washington is behind? And, and now it threatens China and Chinese with force and nuclear bombs!

Tsai Ing-Wen, betrayal be thy name, and shall thy name be synonymous with TRAITOR in modern Chinese history. Such is thy infamy.

Beijing need to set a date targeting Taiwan for an invasion, economic blockade or otherwise. There MUST be a stronger response. This state of affairs CANNOT be allowed to continue. Inaction can only mean Ms Tsai and Imperial Washington will only get stronger with each passing day in solidifying their threat and containment of China. Your call, M Xi and Beijing. Surely, there must be a limit to your forbearance?

There is a saying that the success of a man is highly dependent on his incredible woman because she provides a mountain of support for his endeavours, hence the principle of a strong yin & yang foundation relationship. This woman seems to possess excessive ghost Yin powers that is designed for destruction rather than construction across the Taiwan Strait.

This selfish woman has evil intentions and must be dethroned. She is playing a dangerous card game of separatism and extremism because Taiwan independence is simply not viable nor is it an option. Also, this is a problem with western democracy, as the newly elected President she is finding ways to rescind the 1992 consensus, a joint political basis for a strong one China policy.

China may have run out of options, but should military unification become a necessity when this selfish, unfeeling, heartless and inconsiderate woman pursue Taiwan independence..?
