Hong Kong (CNN)Chinese President Xi Jinping believes his policies in the far-western region of Xinjiang are “completely correct,” despite growing international criticism of alleged human rights abuses and mass internment.

Up to 2 million Uyghurs, a predominantly Muslim ethnic group, as well as other minorities, are believed to have passed through detention centers in the region in recent years, according to the US State Department, where they have allegedly been subject to political indoctrination and abuse under the guise of de-radicalization efforts.

Speaking at a two-day work conference on Xinjiang that ended on Saturday, Xi said that China’s Xinjiang strategy was correct “and must be adhered to in the long term.”

“The whole party must treat the implementation of the Xinjiang strategy as a political task, and work hard to implement it completely and accurately to ensure that the Xinjiang work always maintains in the correct political direction,” Xi added, according to state media.

“We must also continue the direction of Sinicizing Islam to achieve the healthy development of religion,” Xi said. The Chinese leader added that “it is necessary to tell the story of Xinjiang in a multi-level, all-round, and three-dimensional manner, and confidently propagate the excellent social stability of Xinjiang.”

Even before the mass detention policy, Muslims in Xinjiang faced growing restrictions on practicing their religion, from limits on wearing the veil or growing beards, to pressure not to fast during Ramadan.

Xi claimed current policies in Xinjiang have brought “unprecedented achievements” in economic growth, social development, and improvement in peoples’ livelihoods. He added that “the sense of gain, happiness, and security among the people of all ethnic groups has continued to increase.”

His remarks come amid rising condemnation from Western nations including the United States over alleged human rights abuses in the region. Last week, the US House of Representatives overwhelmingly approved a bill called the “Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act,” which aims to prohibit certain imports from Xinjiang and impose sanctions on those responsible for human rights violations in the region.

Speaking at the United Nations General Assembly this month, French President Emmanuel Macron called for an official investigation into Xinjiang.

Growing international pressure comes as many human rights groups have begun describing the situation in Xinjiang as a genocide, amid reports of mass sterilization of Uyghur women as part of state-driven efforts to push demographic change. Last week, Chinese authorities confirmed there had been a drop in birth rates in Xinjiang since 2018, but denied this was the result of sterilizations.

The Xinjiang government said in a statement to CNN that the birth rate in the region had dropped from 15.88 per 1,000 people in 2017 to 10.69 per 1,000 people in 2018. The statement said that the drop was due to “the comprehensive implementation of the family planning policy.”

Former internees who spoke to CNN testified to receiving or being aware of forced sterilizations. Numerous other witnesses have spoken about widespread abuse and forced indoctrination in the camps.

What is this “growing international criticism”? Its the same few western lackeys. Even Turkey who was once the biggest critic has now turned around.
Macron is an idiot and want to deflect attention from his Covid disaster. France was the first country to ban Muslim’s from wearing facemask issueing fines and arrests to those who don’t comply. The country’s government support of Charlie Hepdo to demonise and ridicule Muslim religion is an endorsement to racial hatred and affront to UN charter supporting people’s rights to worship. France’s religious persecution resulted in desperate Muslims to avert its anger towards the authority in which France calls “terrorism”. Macron’s criticism of China’s policy in Xinjiang is merely to hide his own dismal race relation record at home.

Look at Japan, the birth rate dropped to about 6% end 2019. The decline is influenced by the economy, job stress, employment and of course the birth control pill. Japanese don’t need to be sterilised. US birth rate is also declining and in 2020 ‘sterilised’ by Covid19.

According to reports, Uighurs regard Xinjiang as paradise. Chinese govt. has provided infrastructures, build lots of mosque, about 530 muslims per mosque, education programs, employment, trade skills …… etc.
Uighurs can join the PLA, sports programs, literacy skills, etc. The Uighurs should thank the CCP for its Socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xinjiang. But, any form of terrorism, separatist and subversive Jihadists should be dealt with in full force.

The united scoundrels of america are king terrorists, king separatists, king liars and king jihadists on the pretext of national security and america 1st..

‘International’ criticism? What ‘international’ criticism? The West often claim themselves to be ‘international’ or the ‘world’, but the claims has become more and more inaccurate since the West has lost most of its prestiges on the international arena due to their petty behaviors trying hopelessly to compete with China. In Xinjiang, especially where the plight of the Moslem people are largely ignored by the West. Indeed, the West, not international, is actually pursuing the wrong plight in Xinjiang, since the Moslem world at large does not consider Xinjiang to be a ‘problem’ for the Moslem world. Palestine, on the other hand is a real and present problem that the West has largely ignored. There is overwhelming proofs for the Western-backed Israeli atrocities than any manufactured proof that the West tried to present in Xinjiang. It is very ironic to accuse China for their Xinjiang policies since China is an ardent supporter for Palestinian plight. In the recent UN general assembly speech, many Moslem countries, including Indonesia which has the largest Moslem population rebuke Donald Trump’s speech in accusing China to declare their blatant defiance toward America. Xi Jinping is absolutely correct to have the confidence that he is doing the right thing in Xinjiang. He has the backing of the real international world, especially the Moslem world. The question should be, is the West doing the right thing in Palestine? All they have is only the back of their own self-described ‘international’ world, which getting shrinking by the day in definition.

Yes, what is international? They can’t even name how many and which countries. Where are the proofs and evidences? The only thing we ethnic Chinese can see who are criticizing China are white race countries that bullied, occupied and humiliated China before. The fact that China is becoming a superpower is seen as a threat for them because of their immoral, illegal and inhumane treatment of Chinese before and fearing retaliation once China rises to the top.

The fact that Xinjiang government reported declining birth rates is because Xinjiang women now have more education and understands that large families is a burden rather than a blessing when one doesn’t have enough to support such large families. Since Xinjiang women have more education, they can even support themselves and send money to their parents wherein before, they even had to ask money from their poor farmer parents.

The west can’t escape their lies and evil deeds and when China rises to the top, you will see nations, bullied and destroyed by the white race, coming out to ask for justice and criminal and civil compensations that should bankrupt the white race and their land will be clamored by victim nations when the white race can’t pay their trillions in debt.
