U.S. Must Not Be Beaten by China!
China is not a democracy. Its political system cannot prevent the emergence of a despotic leader or stop such a leader when he begins to bring disasters to people. A few decades ago, Mao Zedong, the worst tyrant in world history did emerge and bring disasters to Chinese people. He wanted to fight a nuclear war to replace capitalism with communism but could not bring nuclear holocaust to world people as China was too weak and poor at that time.
If a despot like Mao Zedong emerges when China has surpassed the US in military strength, world people will suffer the misery experienced by Chinese people in Mao era.
China surpassing the US in GDP is not something to worry about as China has the heavy burden to satisfy its huge population, but China surpassing the US in military strength will be world people’s greatest concern if China remains an autocracy.
US people are of much better quality than Chinese people. What they lack is a wise leader to adopt the correct strategy and diplomacy and the creative ways to use its resources in developing its military capabilities. I hope that with the emergence of a great leader, the US can put an end to its decline and remain number one in the world.

I think you are sorely mistaken on the virtue of US democracy, to the point of being blind. Lets face it, Democrats and Republicans are just the same sh*t, just different pile. Talk about “democracy”, which country invaded other countries that did not have any aggression against it? only the US, if you need reminders: Iraq, which has no WMD and is blamed for aiding Al Qaeda. what about Serbia, under the false pretense of “protecting” Kosovars? what about Libya, it is now a failed state. Where did ISIS come from – with US help. Just counting the casualties since 2003 from Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan, the wars and drone strikes amounted to over 1.3 millions, in case you want to know. I could go on, but it’s clear you have your mind made up and is pretty blind. US is now also using Europeans as potential cannon fodder against Russia. But I surmised you will probably think it is “Putin’s fault”. You are the type that has bought MSM propaganda hook line and sinker. I suggest you open your eyes and minds and start checking out real non-propaganda channels. Good luck.

The US even made the special bomb to liberate those poor people in many Third World countries, it’s called Humanitarian Bombing under the R2P program. Just for an illustration, we all may witness and verify, today the Libyan people are living much better lives, more prosperous, more rewarding lives, better infrastructure, better and cheaper public utilities… and the most important things, they are now freed from Moamar Gaddhafi, democratized. The Human Rights really do the great job there. The same stories can be told about the Iraq, Syria and so on…

Nice posts and blogs. However, I disagree strongly with your premise. Just because Mao was “bad” (and even the CCP today says he was 30% wrong) doesn’t mean China is still on that path. If you read history a little differently, you will find that the U.S. had even longer periods of disgraceful behaviors including centuries of black industrial slavery, genocide of over 100 native American nations, invasion and stealing large swaths of other peoples lands including, well, all of the United States. The U.S. treatments of Chinese Americans were beyond horrible. We can go on for many many pages including the havoc wrought through out the world today made worse by proofs given to us by Snowden showing a self-interested-world-domination power.
Every country rise and falls based on its merits. Poor country on the surface behave badly when judged based on developed countries standards. You should grow beyond your personal injuries like millions of patriotic Chinese who suffered equally when China was poor and devastated by a century of foreign powers. The injured parties include China’s own leaders today.

The question is, does US want to share the global stage with anyone? Isn’t it obvious that US wants to dominate the world? Why is US planning to move 60% of its military asset to the Far East? Why is US making alliances in the East? Who the target is is obvious.

Please do not force your ideas on me. I said nothing about US strong man. What I mean is that there is no wise strategy in the US due to poor leadsrship. Being a Chinese, I certainly have less knowledge about the wrongs in the US than American people, but that is not my problem as I can do nothing about it.
In fact the wrongs have nothing to do with the issue raised in my book.
Soviet Union did have lots of wrongs, but when it was strong to be a balance of strength against the US, world war could be prevented. That is why I warn the US to maintain its strength to balance the strength of the rising China so that if a tyrant like Mao emerges, US power may prevent a disasterous war between China and the US.
However, perhaps I need not worry. After its successful economic reform, China may conduct a democratic reform to prevent the emergence of another Mao. Then Let China be much stronger than the US and the US to decline into a second-class power.

Just a small correction, the USA today is not even a nation adhering to the true Christian values, it’s filled up with libtards in half, those who support the LGBT, politically correct movement etc… schools there aren’t allowed to have praying inside classrooms. This is all horse drops. In Mao’s era, people had no second pair of shoes and most had only one pair of pants. Today, people are different. They are less concerned with wars than with buying new cars or houses. They are not the same people. Even Xi sent their daughter to Harvard. Those are reasonable people and their leaders are rational. They have developed new weapons basically against Japan whose right wing has resurrected. The Fishing Islands were used by Japan to return to the militant days when Japan trampled Asian continent after bombing Pearl Harbor. .Most Chinese are American friendly; while Japanese may resent Americans for the atomic bombings. China’s strategic and defense are targeted at Japan and prevention of US from aiding the Japanese. Chinese are not less refined than Americans. They need some time to recover from hundred of years of foreign aggressions! But a nation of China’s size and potentials can rise rapidly. China and USA can share the global stage. Chinese leaders have stressed this point. This is not political propaganda.
